The auction may be subject to a price by the seller which is confidential. During the auctin, we take bids and the final highest bid is written up into a sales offer with a deposit that day. This offer would be subject to your approval. A buyer's premium which is our only commission is paid for by the buyer. It is added onto the final bid and becomes part of the total contract price.
